You've been asking for visibility into how your agents are performing. Analytics is now live — and it's more than just a message counter.

Real-time conversation metrics

The new analytics dashboard gives you a live view of every conversation happening across all your agents. Volume, response times, channel breakdown, and active sessions — all in one place, updating in real time.

Response quality scoring

We've shipped an automatic quality scorer that evaluates each agent response on relevance, tone, and task completion. Scores are aggregated per agent, per day, and over custom date ranges. Spot regressions immediately after config changes.

Token usage and cost tracking

See exactly how many tokens each agent consumed, broken down by model and date. Set soft and hard limits per agent from the same view. No more surprise bills.

Trend reports

Weekly digest emails (opt-in) with key metrics from the past 7 days: volume trends, quality deltas, top topics, and escalation rate. Toggle them on under Settings → Notifications.

Exportable data

Export any report as CSV from the dashboard. Full conversation transcripts are available for download under the Conversations tab, subject to your data retention settings.
