What's new in v1.1
The original release let you connect an agent to one channel at a time. Multi-channel Deploy removes that constraint entirely.
One agent, every platform
You can now connect a single agent to Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, and WhatsApp simultaneously — from one unified config in your dashboard. The agent's personality, skills, and knowledge base stay consistent across all channels. No copy-pasting. No configuration drift.
Per-channel overrides
Sometimes you want slightly different behaviour on different platforms. You can now set per-channel overrides for tone, response length, and which skills are enabled. The base config is shared; the overrides are layered on top.
Unified conversation inbox
All channels feed into a single conversation inbox in your dashboard. Filter by channel, agent, date, or status. View and reply from the dashboard when you need to step in manually.
Channel health monitoring
Each connected channel shows a health indicator: last message received, connection status, and any delivery errors. If a channel goes down, we alert you by email before your users notice.
Supported channels at launch
Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Web (embeddable chat widget). Email and SMS coming in a future release.
