When you use our service, we collect usage data including bot configurations, conversation metadata, and analytics events. We do not read or store the content of your bot conversations unless you explicitly enable conversation logging.

We use your information to provide and maintain the Clawployees platform, process payments, send service-related communications, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We offer data residency options in the US, EU, and APAC regions. See our Security page for full details on our security practices.

4. Data Retention

You control your data retention settings through the dashboard. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

Clawployees integrates with third-party platforms (Slack, Discord, etc.) at your direction. We only access the data necessary to operate your bots on those platforms. We use Stripe for payment processing. We use analytics tools to understand how our product is used.

6. Your Rights

You can access, update, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings. You can export your data in standard formats. If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to be forgotten.
