When you use Clawployees, we collect information needed to operate the platform, including agent configuration, workspace settings, integration metadata, connection status, usage events, support requests, and security logs.

If you connect third-party services, such as email, chat, calendar, or model providers, we process the data you authorize those services to share with Clawployees so your agents can perform the actions you request.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and maintain Clawployees, authenticate users, provision and sync agents, connect integrations, process payments, monitor reliability and abuse, respond to support requests, send service communications, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service Providers and Integrations

We use trusted service providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, security, and customer support. These providers may process personal information only as needed to provide their services to us. Third-party integrations you enable are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

No online service is completely secure, but we work to protect Clawployees with access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted secret storage, monitoring, and regular operational review. You may delete agents, disconnect integrations, or request account deletion. Some backup, security, billing, and audit records may be retained for a limited period.
