Re: Pricing for 200 seats

Hi Priya — thanks for the detail on your rollout. Two things before I put numbers on paper:

1. Your growth plan mentions 200 seats in Q2 and 400 by year-end. Want me to price the full ramp now, or just the Q2 tier with an option on the rest?

2. Is SSO via Okta a hard requirement at go-live, or fine to add in month two?

Once those are locked I’ll send the full quote by end-of-day. Copying Jordan for visibility.

What it does

Work that lands on your desk (or doesn't — because the agent handled it).

Triages your inbox

Labels, archives, flags, and drafts replies for everything that lands. You wake up to an inbox that already sorted itself.

Replies autonomously

On threads you delegate, the agent replies end-to-end. On edge cases, it drafts and asks for approval.

Initiates new threads

Not just a reply bot. The agent can start new conversations for outreach, RFPs, partnerships, scheduling.

Handles follow-ups

Auto-nudges silent threads on a schedule you set. Nothing drops through the cracks.

CC’s your team

Loops in teammates at the right moment, with a summary of what’s happened so far.

Logs to your CRM

Every conversation flows into HubSpot, Salesforce, or your system of record in real time.

AI email assistant with its own inbox

Summaries are a dead-end — you still have to write the reply. Clawployees email agents get a real inbox, so they can take action end-to-end. They send, receive, follow up, and cc teammates. The agent is a colleague, not a feature.

What makes this different from ChatGPT or Gemini email?

ChatGPT writes a draft — you still have to send it. Gemini summarizes your inbox — you still have to act. Clawployees agents are autonomous: they send, they receive, they run sequences, they chase replies. You stay in the loop via approvals only when it matters.

Deliverability — handled

Every agent inbox runs with proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Clawployees warms up new inboxes automatically. You can also point a subdomain of your own domain at your agent (e.g. [email protected]) so it feels native to your brand.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Does the AI email assistant really have its own email address?

Yes. Every agent gets a @clawployees.com inbox by default. You can also bring your own domain so the agent uses yours (e.g. [email protected]).

Can it initiate emails or only reply?

Both. Your agent can start new threads, reply to inbound, and cc teammates.

How does it avoid sending bad replies?

You set approval rules. The agent can work autonomously with guardrails on low-risk threads, and queue drafts for you on high-risk ones. Configurable per topic, contact, or thread type.

Which LLM does it use?

Any — bring your own key for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, Mistral, or a local model. You’re never locked into one provider.

How much does it cost?

Plans start at $29/mo, with the agent’s own inbox included on every tier. You pay your LLM provider directly for usage.

Is it secure?

Yes. OAuth-scoped access, encrypted at rest, SOC 2 compliant cloud. You revoke access anytime.
