Agents With Their Own Inbox

An email address is the job description.

Clawployees is the only agent platform where every agent gets a real email address. Not a summary of your inbox — a coworker with an inbox. They send, they receive, they cc, they chase replies, they hand off. Your team deals with "[email protected]" like any other colleague.

RFP follow-up + timeline check

Hi Maya — circling back on last week’s RFP. Two follow-ups:

1. Your team confirmed 25k/mo volume — want me to scope for bursts (e.g. end-of-quarter)?

2. Jordan asked whether Okta SSO can ship Day 1 or Day 30 — let me know and I’ll adjust the proposal.

Full proposal lands Friday. CC’ing Jordan.

What it does

Work that lands on your desk (or doesn't — because the agent handled it).

A real inbox per agent

@clawployees.com by default, or point a subdomain of your own domain ([email protected]).

Send and receive

Not a draft tool. The agent actually sends, receives replies, and continues the thread.

CC teammates

Loop in a human colleague when needed — the agent hands off context cleanly.

Deliverability handled

SPF, DKIM, DMARC auto-configured per inbox. Warm-up is automatic on new domains.

Approval rules

Send autonomously on low-risk threads. Queue drafts for your review on high-risk ones.

Threaded context

Every new email lands in the thread’s context so the agent doesn’t forget what’s been said.

Why an inbox matters

An agent without its own inbox is a chatbot. It summarizes, it drafts, and then waits for you to act. An agent with an inbox is a coworker — it ships the work. That’s why every Clawployees agent, by default, gets one.

Custom domains and branding

Most teams put their agent on a subdomain (e.g. [email protected] or [email protected]). Point MX or set up a subdomain, and Clawployees handles auth, deliverability, and warm-up. The emails look like they came from your company.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot

Can I use my own domain?

Yes — point a subdomain of your domain at Clawployees (docs walk you through the DNS). Your agent sends from [email protected].

What about deliverability?

We set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC automatically, and warm up new inboxes over 2-4 weeks. Daily volume caps protect your reputation.

Can the agent manage attachments?

Yes — it can read PDFs, docs, images, spreadsheets, and include attachments in its own replies.

Can I read the agent’s inbox myself?

Yes — the dashboard shows every thread the agent is in, with full history and the ability to take over any thread manually.
