1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing Clawployees, or using any Clawployees service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Clawployees on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
Clawployees is a platform for creating, deploying, connecting, and managing AI agents. The service may include hosted agents, connected agents, integrations, dashboards, messaging tools, usage analytics, skill management, provisioning tools, and related support services.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep it up to date, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Clawployees to violate the law, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, misrepresent identity, generate harmful content, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for the agents you configure and the actions they take through connected systems.
5. AI Outputs and User Content
You are responsible for prompts, files, data, instructions, configurations, and other content you submit to Clawployees. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, or employment decisions.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, usage, and billing cycle you select. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes. Unless stated otherwise at purchase or required by law, fees are non-refundable.
7. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your content, configurations, and data. You grant Clawployees the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
8. Third-Party Services
Clawployees may connect to third-party services, model providers, infrastructure providers, messaging platforms, and payment processors. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Service Availability
We work to keep Clawployees reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, or modified from time to time. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may limit or suspend access if needed to protect users, the service, or third parties.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
Clawployees is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clawployees is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use of Clawployees after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
