1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Clawployees, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Clawployees on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Clawployees is a managed platform for deploying and managing AI agents powered by OpenClaw. We provide hosting, a management dashboard, analytics, and platform connectors. The service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve it.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by bots you deploy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clawployees to deploy bots that generate spam, harassment, or illegal content. You are responsible for the behavior of your bots and the content they produce. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim ownership over your bot configurations, conversation data, or any content processed through the platform. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for all paid plans. Enterprise plans include a formal SLA with defined credits for downtime. Check our Status page for current availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clawployees is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
